Outside of real estate, Mark enjoys staying active and has been deeply involved in the local community through sports and family.

Jason Suyama brings a modern, forward-thinking perspective to the team, with a background in real estate and finance from the Sauder School of Business. He plays a key role in both the analytical and marketing sides of the business, supporting market research and pricing strategy, while also overseeing digital marketing execution to ensure each property is positioned effectively to reach the right buyers.

While the team has strong roots on Vancouver’s west side, we work with clients throughout the entire Greater Vancouver area, assisting with properties for both personal use and investment.
